Prizes: Ten (10) $1,000 cash prizes, totaling $10,000.

1. Eligibility

The Christmas at the Ranch 10th Anniversary $10,000 Cash Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participating Christmas at the Ranch vendors and their employees are eligible to enter and win.

The owners of 181 Ranch, employees directly responsible for administering the Sweepstakes or conducting the drawing, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. No Purchase or Admission Necessary

Participation in the Sweepstakes is completely free.

No merchandise purchase, paid admission, donation, or other payment is required to enter or win.

Free entry forms will be available at the designated Sweepstakes entry station at Christmas at the Ranch admissions, before the paid-admission checkpoint.

Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements may access the entry station, complete an entry form, and submit it without paying admission or entering the event.

Purchasing merchandise from any vendor does not provide additional entries or increase the chances of winning.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants may submit one (1) free handwritten entry form per person per calendar day during the Sweepstakes.

To enter:

1. Visit the designated free-entry station at Christmas at the Ranch admissions between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on December 4, 5, or 6, 2026.

2. Obtain a free entry form.

3. Clearly print your full name and mobile phone number on the form.

4. Deposit the completed form into the designated drawing container before the applicable daily deadline.

Participants may submit one entry on Friday, one on Saturday, and one on Sunday, for a maximum of three (3) entries during the entire Sweepstakes.

All eligible entries from all three days will be combined into one drawing pool for the Sunday prize drawing.

Entries submitted on Friday or Saturday remain eligible for Sunday’s drawing.

No event attendance beyond visiting the free-entry station is necessary.

4. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per day and three (3) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual on the same day may be disqualified.

Entries containing false, incomplete, or illegible information may be disqualified if Sponsor cannot reasonably verify the participant’s eligibility or contact the potential winner.

Entries submitted through fraudulent means or in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified.

5. Entry Period and Deadline

The Sweepstakes will accept entries during the following times:

• Friday, December 4, 2026: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. CST

• Saturday, December 5, 2026: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. CST

• Sunday, December 6, 2026: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. CST

The final deadline to submit an entry is 4:00 p.m. CST on Sunday, December 6, 2026.

Entries received after the final deadline will not be accepted.

6. Prizes

Ten (10) eligible winners will each receive $1,000 in cash.

Total number of prizes: Ten (10).

Total value of all prizes: $10,000.

Each eligible participant may win only one (1) prize during the Sweepstakes.

Prizes are nontransferable and will be awarded following verification of eligibility.

7. Winner Selection

On Friday, December 4, 2026, at 4:30pm, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all valid Friday entries submitted and select one (1) $1,000 winner.

On Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 4:30pm, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all valid Saturday entries submitted and select one (1) $1,000 winner.

On Sunday, December 6, 2026, after the final entry deadline, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all valid entries submitted during the entire three-day Sweepstakes.

Eight (8) potential winners will be selected.

If multiple entries belonging to the same individual are drawn, that individual will receive only one prize, and an additional entry will be drawn to select another potential winner.

The drawing may be broadcast live on the official 181 Ranch Facebook page.

Winners do not need to be present to win.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claims

Potential winners will be notified by text message using the mobile phone number provided on their entry form.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to send winner notifications following the drawing.

Each potential winner must respond to the notification and initiate the prize-verification process within 48 hours of the time the initial notification text is sent.

Potential winners must provide sufficient information to verify identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner does not respond within the 48-hour period, cannot be verified, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The same verification and claim procedures will apply to alternate winners.

A participant is not an official winner until Sponsor has confirmed eligibility and compliance with these rules.

9. Prize Distribution and Taxes

Prizes will be distributed after winners complete the verification process and provide any documentation reasonably required for payment.

Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Sponsor may request tax identification or other information as necessary to comply with applicable reporting or withholding requirements.

Prize payments will be administered in accordance with applicable law.

10. Privacy and Communications

Names and mobile phone numbers collected through entry forms will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries, notify potential winners, and distribute prizes.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not enroll participants in 181 Ranch marketing text messages.

Sponsor will not treat submission of an entry form as consent to receive unrelated promotional text messages.

Any optional marketing consent must be obtained separately in accordance with applicable law.

11. Publicity and Winner Announcements

Sponsor may announce the results of the drawing through its official Facebook page, Instagram account, and website.

Sponsor may identify verified winners by name and hometown where permitted by law.

No participant is required to be present at the drawing or watch the live broadcast to win.

12. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s reasonable decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially interfere with fair administration, to the extent permitted by law.

Any such action will be communicated publicly as appropriate and conducted in accordance with applicable law.
