Want to be a vendor?

We LOVE our vendors at The Ranch, and we know none of these shows would be possible without all YOUR hard work and effort!! So THANK YOU for wanting to be a part of our family!

We treat each show/event individually. Some of our regular vendors do all of the shows and some just do certain ones. By treating each as their own event-this opens opportunities for new vendors to get their foot in the door.

Our vendor application and selection process is as follows. For each show, the previous year’s vendors (for that specific show) have a two week “head start” to reclaim their space from the last year. After this two week period, we will open up applications for “new” vendors. “New” means new to that specific show! (Maybe you’ve been a vendor at Christmas but not at Rummage, you are considered “new” for Rummage!).

As new applications come in, vendors WILL be juried. We DO NOT operate on a “first come, first serve” basis for applications. All events are carefully curated to ensure good variety for vendors and shoppers alike. Once a certain category is full we do not take anymore vendors selling like items, even if the show still has “space”. We will always keep a running waitlist and will pull from that if needed! Preference will be given to handmade, artisan, and true vintage items. FIRST TIME VENDORS (you’ve never been to The Ranch) MUST upload 3+ pictures of your work/booth set up to be considered.

We use an online platform called “Eventeny” for all applications, payment processing, and communications. You will be required to create an Eventeny account to submit your application. You do NOT need to set up an online shop or do any of the “next steps” Eventeny suggests! You will NOT be charged until accepted into the show. Be sure to “follow” The Ranch’s page to stay up to date on applications.

You will receive an email upon acceptance, or notification of waitlist status. You must submit a form for each event! You can also log into Eventeny to check the status of your applications.

• Rummage at The Ranch: returning vendors, mid January and new vendors, February 1st

• Fall at The Ranch: returning vendors, mid April and new vendors, late April

• Christmas at The Ranch: returning vendors, mid February and new vendors, March 1st
